President’s Message

This year, 2026, marks the 70th anniversary of FFVA Mutual and its predecessor, the FFVA Self-Insurance Fund. For seven decades, our goal has been to be the workers’ compensation carrier of choice recognized for unparalleled service, strategic growth, and financial strength. What makes FFVA Mutual different is not a single program or promise; it is a deliberate way of doing business built on dedication, expertise, and a culture of people who care.

Our differentiation begins with focus. As a mono-line workers’ compensation carrier, we bring specialized expertise to every aspect of our business from underwriting and claims to safety and premium audits. This singular focus allows us to respond thoughtfully as risks evolve, to maintain consistency in execution, and to continue investing in the capabilities that strengthen the service we deliver.
