We’re looking for agents who want to expand their workers’ comp business with a financially strong carrier that delivers exceptional underwriting, safety and claims experiences. To request an appointment, complete our new agency appointment request form. Our underwriting sales team reviews each submission and they will reach out to discuss your agency’s workers’ comp book of business, target markets, and the states where you write business. We appoint independent agencies in our 10 licensed states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Appointed agents have access to TRUsolution for quoting, binding and policy management on eligible accounts. The Agent Toolkit on our website includes downloadable marketing materials, industry sheets, state forms and agent documents to help support your conversations with customers. Agents and policyholders can also access Safety Key, an online hub for safety training, regulatory guidance and loss prevention resources.
TRUsolution is FFVA Mutual’s online portal for appointed agency partners. Agents can access TRUsolution to quote and bind over 100 eligible business classes online, manage existing policies and access client documents. The portal gives agents convenient access to resources and policy information, helping make it easier to manage their FFVA Mutual book of business.
Not at this time. FFVA Mutual writes workers’ compensation insurance exclusively. That focus allows our underwriting, safety and claims teams to deliver specialized knowledge and responsive support for agents and policyholders. Our team understands the details that matter in workers’ comp, from classification and loss control to claims management and return-to-work support.
FFVA Mutual’s safety program gives agents another way to support client relationships beyond the policy. Our safety consultants work with policyholders to identify exposures, provide practical recommendations and deliver no-cost safety training. These services can help employers strengthen workplace safety, reduce claim frequency and support long-term account retention.

Appointed agents can submit workers’ comp accounts through TRUsolution for eligible risks or work directly with the FFVA Mutual underwriting team for accounts that need additional review.
