Paying your premium online is easy. Login to TRUsolution, continue to Pay Bills tab.

Policy Information

Contact your insurance agent or designated insurance agency directly to obtain a copy of your policy, to report changes related to your policy term or for any policy related questions. Login to TRUsolution and go to Policies tab and click account balance link located on the first page. In this tab, you can also view and download your Billing Statements.

TRUsolution our Online Portal

Access your Policy

Login to TRUsolution to view and print your workers’ compensation posting notice, policy documents, loss control reports, and safety resources. You can also check your policy account balance, report an injury, and review your employee claim history by year.

Check your Account Balance

Login to TRUsolution, go to Policies tab and click account balance link located on the first page. In this tab, you can also view and download your Billing Statements.

How to report an Injury

View our ways to report an injury page

If the injury is life-threatening, call 911 immediately. For non-life-threatening injuries, send your injured employee to the closest walk-in clinic or hospital.

Information Needed to Report an Injury
We will guide you through series of questions related to the accident, employee name and injury type, medical treatment and employer information. Be prepared to provide your Federal Employer Tax Identification Number and policy number. Even if you do not have all of the details, prompt reporting is essential to reduce your claim costs. After Hours
Customer service representatives are available from 8 am to 5 pm (ET) Monday through Friday. After normal business hours, call 800-226-0666 to report your notice of injury to one of our on-call claims adjusters.
