Quick Quote System +

Login to access our step-by-step online quoting system, click Quick Quote located on the top left of the navigation toolbar. For information about Appulate, a solution for uploading applications directly from your agency’s management system, contact Online Help.
User Name and Password Request +

Contact your website administrator at your agency to be assigned a login. If you do not know your designated administrator, email Customer Support.
Active Policies +

Listed in alphabetical order in the Policies tab. Click the PDF located next to the policyholder’s name to print the policy and any policy term endorsements.
Audit Document for an Expired Policy Term +

Select the policyholder name from your agency’s list of policies in the Policies tab. From the Insured page, click “Policies” to access a list of policy years. Locate the desired expired policy and click Print Policy Forms. The audit document can be printed and/or saved.
Book of Business Listing +

To access your book of business, click on the Policies tab to view and sort by active and pending cancellation policies.
Claim Summary Reports +

Select Reports then choose Claim Summary Report. Enter your 7-digit claim number including AIM-xxxxxxx and click View Report. The report can be printed and/or saved.
Experience Mod Worksheet +

Open the Document Center, click on the Mods folder located in the left column and select your customer’s experience mod worksheet. The worksheet can be printed and/or saved.
Insured Account Balance +

Select the insured’s name from your agency’s Policies section and click Account Balance.
Insured’s Billing Statements +

Downloadable copies of invoices are not available at this time. To view your customer’s billing activity, go to the Insured tab, locate by name under the Insured List and click on Billing Statements. To request copies, contact Billing Department or call 800-346-4825.
Loss Runs +

Select Reports then select Loss Runs by Insured. Enter Insured No. (the 5 numbers after the 00’s in the policy number) and click View Report. The report can be printed and/or saved.
