Premium Payments

Yes, we offer two convenient ways to pay your premium online.

1. Log into TRUsolution, go to “I Want To” and click on the drop-down tab then click on “Make a Payment.”
2. Click “Pay Your Bill” at the top of our website to submit your one-time payment with no registration required.

Claims & Injury Reporting

Employers can report workplace injuries to FFVA Mutual 24 hours a day, seven days a week by Phone at 800-226-0666, Email claimsnoi@ffvamutual.com, Fax 321-214-0235 or online in TRUsolution, our secure portal.

If you need to report a workplace injury, our claims team will guide you through a
series of questions related to the accident, employee name and injury type, medical
treatment and employer information. Be prepared to provide your policy number. Even if you do not have all the details, prompt reporting is essential to reduce your claim costs. View our What Information is Needed sheet for a detailed list.

A claims adjuster will follow up within 24 hours to assess the injury, initiate treatment coordination, confirm compensability, and begin managing the recovery process. Our 7 Steps of the Workers’ Comp Claims Process is a helpful resource.

TRUclaim Solution is FFVA Mutual’s injured worker portal designed to support and guide injured workers through the workers’ comp claim process that offers messaging, document access, appointments, and claim tracking all in one place. TRUclaim Solution helps employers by quickly connecting injured employees to claim and recovery resources, which supports timely care and a faster return to work. It also helps maintain positive relationships between employer and employee throughout the claims process by improving communication and setting clear expectations.

TRUclaim Solution improves transparency and gives injured workers tools to navigate the claims process with confidence. They can send messages anytime, view and sign documents quickly, receive appointment reminders, and access helpful content that sets clear expectations throughout their recovery.

Policy Access & Management

Log into TRUsolution to download your posting notice, loss control reports, policy
documents, and safety resources.

In TRUsolution, go to “I Want To” click the drop-down button and click on “See Billing Information.” You can also view and download your billing statements for recordkeeping and audits in this area.
