New Business Submissions

To submit a new workers’ compensation insurance business application, Email the completed ACORD application or login to TRUsolution to access our online quoting system. Agents can now bind over 100 eligible business classes online!

Endorsement Requests

There are two ways to submit a policy endorsement request.

  1. Email our endorsement team and include the policy number, requested changes, effective date, and supporting documents to ensure timely processing.
  2. Submit a change request in our TRUsolution portal. To do this, login, locate your policy under “Book of Business.” Under “Actions,” click on the drop down and “Request a Change.” From there, fill out the Request Type, Effective Date and Description of Change information.

Customer Support

Agency Appointments

We’re looking for agents who want to expand their workers’ comp business with a financially strong carrier that delivers exceptional underwriting, safety and claims experiences. To request an appointment, complete our new agency appointment request form.

Online Payments

Yes, agents can make an online payment for their customers. Click on “Pay Your Bill,” located at the upper right of our website, and follow the steps to submit a payment without having to log in to the TRUsolution portal. Note: You will need the insureds Online Account # located at the bottom right of their statement.

TRUsolutions

TRUsolution is FFVA Mutual’s self-service online portal for agents and policyholders. New Business Submissions, Online Workers’ Comp Quotes

Login to TRUsolution, our online portal for agents and policyholders to access our step-by-step online quoting system. For information about Appulate, a solution for uploading applications directly from your agency’s management system, contact Customer Support.

If you’re a new worker’s comp agent looking to log into our portal, view these quick steps to access TRUsolution. Contact your website portal administrator at your agency to be assigned a login.

If you do not know who your agency’s portal admin is, reach out to our Customer Support. We’ll help identify the correct contact and provide access support.

Inside TRUsolution, you’ll find helpful “How to Guides” to help you easily navigate our portal for quoting, billing, endorsements, commissions, and reporting – everything agents need to manage their FFVA Mutual workers’ comp accounts efficiently. These are available under the resources tab once logged in.

The TRUsolution portal includes guides for quoting, billing, endorsements, and reporting — everything agents need to manage their FFVA Mutual workers’ comp accounts efficiently.

Use the portal’s resources area to access tutorials, or contact us for assistance with specific billing or reporting questions.

Once logged in to the Insureds account, their balance is available on the Summary screen in that same panel you may click on “Show Statements,” and it will take you to the “Billing” tab.  In this screen you may download any statement by clicking on the blue download button located by “Billing Statement.”

Use the “Submit an Application” feature within TRUsolution, located in the upper right of the screen under “I Want To.”  Enter all required policyholder information, generate a quote, and follow the steps to bind coverage.

If you are set up with Commission access, you will see a “Commissions” tab on the left to view and download current and previous commission statements in PDF or Excel format.

 Use the “Policy Search” function, locate the desired policy, and click on the “Documents” tab to view or download available documents.

TRUsolution offers reports on your workers’ compensation policies, commissions, billing, loss runs, dividend payments, and claim history. These help agents monitor performance and manage book of business insights. You can access and customize reports via the “Reports” menu.

Agency portal administrators can go to “User Management” to add, remove, or modify user access for their agency directly within the portal. A “How to Guide” is also available under the Resources tab on the portal.
