Claims Management Process

• Toll free claims reporting, 24-hrs a day, 7 days a week.
• Once a claim is reported, field adjusters contact the employer, injured employee and medical provider to determine the extent of the injury and recommend medical care. An assessment is made for any potential fraud or litigation.
• Adjusters assist employers with ideas for light duty work when an injured employee returns to work.
• Adjusters have extensive litigation experience and are very helpful when there is a potential subrogation recovery.
• Adjusters assign surveillance when there is evidence of fraud.
• Our claims professionals understand how difficult it can be when a claim occurs. They take time to explain the coverage, benefits and the settlement process.
• Employers appreciate having one adjuster to handle all their claims. This produces clarity in communication and assures a timely response.
